Outpatient rehab: A closer look

Offering a range of therapy services after surgery, injury or illness.

When is outpatient rehab needed?

After surgery, injury or accidents, outpatient rehabilitation is often the next step.

Outpatient rehabilitation

Mending bodies, with compassionate care for mind and spirit, too.
Rehab services after surgery, injury or trauma — when residency isn’t required — can be delivered in daily or weekly sessions in our person-focused therapy centers. We design all-inclusive treatment plans, and we include spiritual care. So while we help bodies heal and grow strong again, we make sure each person’s mind and spirit receive the encouragement they need, too.

Objective: quicker recovery.
Rehabilitation designed around each individual’s needs — and delivered with compassion.

Services may include:
• Physical, occupational and speech therapies
• Strength, flexibility and endurance redevelopment
• Family support that integrates the family into each resident’s plan for care
• Professional, caring staff that includes therapists and other qualified caregivers
