The Sisters
The Benedictine Health System is sponsored by the Benedictine Sisters of St. Scholastica Monastery, Duluth, Minn. As a Catholic health care organization, BHS focuses on following God’s call to serve those in need. The Sisters provide the formal relationship between the Benedictine Health System and the Catholic Church to provide the highest level of care in our nursing homes, assisted living and independent living facilities.
The Sisters also sponsor The College of St. Scholastica and St. Mary’s Medical Center, both of Duluth.
